Clean, organized and very welcoming house. We"ll certainly come back, the beach nearby, great location. The Host is super attentive. I recommend.

The unit is decorated beautifully, is so nice, and very clean. The outdoor seating areas are relaxing and it was nice having beach chairs and coolers provided. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and other activities or a quick drive to downtown St Pete made it the perfect location. It was quiet, the AC was cold, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully prepped with everything you need. I'd definitely return. :)

Great location in Dt Pete Beach
Convenient location to walk to restaurants, night life, and Upham Public beach. The property was clean and property owner kept us informed about details for us to be aware of during our stay. We will return in future when looking to stay in the Dt Pete Beach area.

Horrible
Nobody came to clean the room and the room was dirty shower curtain dirty it was horrible never coming back
