Wonderful Positive: Loved the welcome basket and the host was very responsive! Comfortable, clean house just minutes from the beach. Thank you for hosting us! Negative: The dryer didn't work well and I had to hang my clothes to dry around the house but its a shared washer and dryer so I dont fault the host for this.

The 3rd bed was the problem. That said, everything else was fine. Positive: The apartment was fine in general Negative: The extendable couch/bed for the third person was impossible to sleep on. Beyond uncomfortable, never experienced something this bad before. We identified this late in the evening, so nothing to be done till the next day, can you imagine with 3 people in 1 bed? Next day, the staff followed up first with a topper that was really insufficient (like a piece of linen thick). Followed up by sending an inflatable bed, and that really did the trick. Was the staff responsive? Yes. Should it have been in the apartment from the start? Absolutely! No guest should ever ask for something like that.

Perfect outpost for awesome St Pete stay! Positive: Excellent location to walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars! Beautiful beaches. Room was nice and tidy and awesome AC! The beach chairs and cooler provided were great! Designated parking a plus! Nice decor as well. Negative: The only thing is the lighting is very harsh and fluorescent! I am very sensitive to bright cold lights so maybe it’s me. Some warm bulbs would make the space amazing!

Good location, good decoration, good furniture. Cleaning grade 0. You need to improve a lot! Positive: The location is great! Near the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, and there is a bakery on the corner. Negative: The furniture is new, the bed is comfortable and the decoration is very beautiful and cozy. However, the apartment was extremely dirty. Luckily there was a small vacuum cleaner that we could use before we installed it. The amount of animal hair on the sofa bed in the living room was really unacceptable. We went to a nearby store to buy a clean bed set to line so that my 7-year-old son could sleep. Under the bed was an excessive dust. The sink was extremely dusty. Unfortunately we don't leave any tip for cleaning. It was disappointing.
