With a bit of work the apartment could be really nice. Not sure what can be done about the downstairs bar as it seemed t
Positive: It was a good sized apartment with ample parking and easy to find
Negative: Just so many bugs. Also load crowds coming out of the bars shouting,swearing and sounding their car horns.
The door seal needs repair as all bugs just walked straight in. You can see the gaps better at night.
