Beautiful view, on the water and convenient.
Positive: Location was great. Restaurant on property.
Negative: Patio furniture not in good condition. A bit noisy.

Positive: Nice 1 bedroom condo. Pool with tiki bar and restaurant right on the water. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin.

Positive: Die Wohnung lag in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug. Sie war gemütlich, mit kleinem Balkon zur Seite in die Bäume schauend.
Negative: Das Allgemeine war schmuddelig und abstoßend z.B. der Weg zum Pool ging an der Bar vorbei. Dort war gefühlt die Abstellkammer der Anlage.
