Overall, after the check-in process, it was very peaceful and I would definitely stay there again. Positive: It was quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Negative: During check-in they said my room was never scheduled. Several different numbers contacted me by text to confirm room and provided information for check-in and follow up if there were any problems, however after trying all of them, only the owners phone number worked. She did everything she could to make sure we got the room. It was a very frustrating 45 min for check-in but so glad she worked it out. The balcony doesn’t overlook the ocean as advertised but if you lean over the railing and look to the side, you might see a tiny bit of water.

With a bit of work the apartment could be really nice. Not sure what can be done about the downstairs bar as it seemed t Positive: It was a good sized apartment with ample parking and easy to find Negative: Just so many bugs. Also load crowds coming out of the bars shouting,swearing and sounding their car horns. The door seal needs repair as all bugs just walked straight in. You can see the gaps better at night.

Positive: Location, adult pool, bar and dining on site and the beautiful sunsets Negative: Nothing. All was good

Beautiful view, on the water and convenient. Positive: Location was great. Restaurant on property. Negative: Patio furniture not in good condition. A bit noisy.
