Beach Oasis! Your Perfect Beach Vacation with Heated Pool!

Pretty condo, clean and safe, but noisy complex with no in-unit laundry. Positive: We were so impressed by how spotless, beautifully decorated, and spacious this condo is—it's actually much roomier than it looks online! What we loved: The Bedrooms & Living Space: The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and having dressers meant we could fully unpack instead of living out of suitcases. All bedrooms and the living room feature WiFi-enabled TVs. The Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and dish you could need, including a fantastic full-sized oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Inside, there is a huge dining table, and outside is a nice patio table for four (though it was a bit too hot for us to use during our stay!). The Amenities: The condo includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, and six beach towels, which we used constantly. The bathrooms were perfectly clean and well-stocked with three sets of bath towels. Negative: What could be improved: Misleading Laundry Listing: This was our biggest issue. I specifically filtered for a unit with a washer and dryer, but this condo does not have an in-unit machine. Instead, there is a shared laundry room on the floor that requires a mobile app for payment ($3.00 per wash / $3.00 per 51-minute dry cycle). Noise & Layout: While the building is older and has been nicely updated, the structural layout presents some noise issues. It features an open-air concrete/stone atrium where all unit doors and bedroom windows face inward. Because of this, sound echoes significantly. If you have late-night neighbors or people talking in the courtyard, you will hear it clearly in the bedrooms. Communication: Booking through Booking.com felt a bit disjointed. I had to constantly dig through the app to find check-in/check-out instructions and codes. I much prefer the proactive text communication you typically get with VRBO or Expedia, so the property management communication felt lacking here.

It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring St Petersburg and Clearwater. Positive: It was very clean and contained all the basic things needed. Couldn’t beat being right on the beach. Negative: If I had to pick something, the vacuum didn’t work well. Didn’t really impact us at all.

Sorry the weather did not permit beach days but the apt was lovely, well maintained Positive: Beautiful apartment.
