Beach Oasis - Under New Management! Beachside Condo with Heated Pool!

It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring St Petersburg and Clearwater. Positive: It was very clean and contained all the basic things needed. Couldn’t beat being right on the beach. Negative: If I had to pick something, the vacuum didn’t work well. Didn’t really impact us at all.

Sorry the weather did not permit beach days but the apt was lovely, well maintained Positive: Beautiful apartment.

I would do it again. Positive: I liked the ease of access to the property. The offer for an early check in was a pleasant surprise, unfortunately our flight arrival was after the posted check in time. The property was also surprisingly quiet. Not sure if it was the off season or the cement walls, but we didn't hear a peep from other guests. Negative: I was a tad disappointed that after the total cost for the week for a party of 5, I had to still had to come out of pocket for toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning wipes because we were only given a "starter kit." The shower also occasionally ran cold.

This was a nice place, great location, well maintained Positive: Spacious, clean, right on the beach - nice pool and just the right temperature

Positive: This place was fantastic. It was right on the sand and had a very good heated pool. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops. Will definitely stay here again.
